This playset is a great choice for families who want to enjoy some outdoor fun together. It features two spacious levels with a 4′ x 8′ tower that has a poly roof for shade. Under the tower, there is a built-in picnic table where kids can have snacks or play games. The playset can be accessed by either a 5′ ladder with a safety rail or a 7′ rock wall for more challenge and excitement. Kids can also choose to go down the 7′ turbo twister slide or the crawl tunnel. The playset also comes with a 3-position swing that includes 2 belt swings and a web swing for swinging and relaxing. This playset is designed to provide hours of entertainment and exercise for children of all ages.

You must have clear access to the build site. It is recommended that all gates and access points provide at least 6" clearance on both sides of your playset's tower (listed in the specifications). For example if the swing set you are purchasing has a 4' x 4' tower, you will need at least 5' of clearance all the way to the installation site.
